In order to ensure we can provide the We ask that you contact us to cancel or reschedule your service 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Appointments can be rescheduled without a charge as long as they are rescheduled within 2 weeks of the originally scheduled appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in a charge of 50% of the service fee. The charge will be processed to the card on file. Repeat cancellations or no-shows may require payment before booking an appointment. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may forfeit their appointment without refund.
