Appointments can be rescheduled without a charge as long as they are rescheduled within 2 weeks of the originally scheduled appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in a charge of 50% of the service fee. The charge will be processed to the card on file. Repeat cancellations or no-shows may require payment before booking an appointment. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may forfeit their appointment without refund.
